We'd like the ability to flag emails from Nintex as internal. All tasks going out are customizable for sender name but come through as "external" emails because we cannot modify the sender email address.
Business Case: For security we flag external emails outside of our organization. We can make exceptions to this however our security team will not allow exceptions for nintex@workflowcloud.com on the off chance one of our vendors, customers or another company in general is also a customer of Nintex and sends our company a system generated email. We would still need those emails flagged as external emails, as they aren't being sent on behalf of our company. We can however make an exception if the emails were in fact unique and can be verified that they are ONLY coming from or going out on behalf of our company.
Maybe in the future Nintex could find a way to assign a unique sender email address per customer? Maybe nameofcustomer@nintexworkflowcloud.com
Is there a way the Assign a Task to Multiple Users action could utilize an existing Exchange connection? I don't see that functionality available today.
I feel compelled to comment here that we are choosing to use a Power Automate flow to send emails to all employees in a particular division (even though we would prefer to use Nintex) for the simple reason that emails we send from NAC are flagged by our security team with a banner at the top of the email that says External Email: Please use caution if opening links or attachments!
Please make this feature available soon!
