Ability to change/customize the sender email address in Nintex Workflow Cloud.

When you send an email in Nintex Workflow Cloud, all the emails will be delivered by and we are looking to change this email with one of our own email addresses/domains < noreply@mydomain.com>.

Thank you very much for your feedback, we've had many requests for this capability however Nintex will always require its own managed email service to process incoming express approval responses as well as ensuring all emails are reliably delivered.

Please note that you can already specify the senders display name however the actual from address will always be from workflowcloud.com

At this stage we are passing on this particular idea as it does not align with the core product mission and roadmap. We welcome additional ideas and feedback from you in the future.

This is urgently required to make the business requirement fulfilled.

Our business users feel ill at ease to receive notificaton emails from 3rd party email ids as the email contains personal information that the Nintex workflow may be processing. They feel that there could be an issue of data privacy and escalate to our Information security. This will be a very useful feature if they can receive email from a company email to reassure the business.

This is an important feature when it comes to sending emails to third party, sometimes mails are going in their spam and users are not able to see it.

This would help approvals run much more smoothly, as the emails could come from our admin or i.e. "nintex@company.domain" rather than the pretty suspicious-looking native Nintex email.

This would be a great benefit as my company puts a banner on all external emails to warn the end user of possible spam/phishing from external emails.

This will be a "User Acceptance Issue"!

The emails are actually coming from the nintex server. So, for security reasons, the location sent from should be identified or it might look like a spoof. For users and clients it is confusing and undesirable.

This is greatly needed as we auto populate the senders of an email to our helpdesk so that the sender is the creator of the ticket and they can keep track of the status. We used to be able to do this in the previous workflow vendor we used, but now that we've migrated to Nintex, it is a problem we can't do this.

Add the ability to customise 'sender email address'.
It would be ideal to use our own domain especially with Cusotmers vs nintex@workflowcloud.com. Cusotmers think this is a suspicious email and delete them. Coming fomr our company email address appears more legit email.
