Add CC/BCC on task assignment notifications or provide log in the workflow instance showing output and metadata

I am requesting that Nintex enhance its task notification capabilities by adding either the ability to CC/BCC on any emails related to a task assignment or by providing a log within the workflow instance details that shows the notification output and metadata. This feature should encompass all types of task notifications, including the initial assignment, any reminders, and any escalations. The log should detail the send date, success status, recipient, and other relevant metadata to ensure comprehensive tracking and auditing of notifications.

I have seen other requests for the CC/BCC function come through Ideas, with one being slated as Not Planned. This is why I am re-submitting another request and adding a potential alternative option. It is an auditing nightmare to have no way of confirming that task assignments were received other than by checking with the intended recipient. This is a significant gap that has hindered me many times when troubleshooting email notification issues and is impactful to at least 78 other customers who voted on https://ideas.nintex.com/ideas/IDEA-I-2727 and https://ideas.nintex.com/ideas/CNV-I-330
