Have experienced email addresses being blocked by SendGrid several times. Looking at the Nintex Workflow there are no instance errors and the email appears to be successfully delivered.
Is it possible to introduce a callback action from SendGrid to allow the workflow instance to provide a failure alert for the Send Email action advising the email was not delivered?
We recently asked for a list of our users that were currently on the bounce list. There were more than expected, which caused some concern that certain compliance related emails weren't actually delivered as suggested. The user wasn't expecting the email, so there was no one involved who had any idea that the email wasn't delivered. We're now going to periodically have to create support cases asking for a list of our users on the bounce list and hope that we can determine what was missed.
