We have some guest users within our NAC.
These users are sometimes external consultants that work closely on our workflows.
For that reason we would like to give them admin permissions to let them fix our configuration. We noticed that the highest role we can give is the developer role.
This decision is up to us to grant external users admin permissions, but NAC is blocking us to do so.
Is it possible to open up these roles for externals so we can continue without interruption on building our workflows.
As mentioned in this thread, guests can be automation admins, I will now close this idea.
Hi Jake,
I had contact with support on this, that is the reason I created this idea.
If it is possible now, then I really want to start using this

Hi,
It appears guest users should be able to gain Automation Admin permissions, If you are unable to set the permissions for guest users to Automation Admin please raise a support ticket so it can be investigated, If you have already please reach out to me via linkedin
Thanks
Jake
Hello,
My understanding is that guest users cannot be given global admin role as per (see Guest user-enabled configuration):
https://help.nintex.com/en-US/nwc/Content/Settings/ConfigureSAML-AzureAD.htm
This does not state that guest users cannot be an Automation Administrator, please allow me to look into this for you.
Jake
