Nintex Automation Cloud app really only benefits the Designer role and above. It is confusing all users who are Participants in NAC when they see in a list they have items to action but have to action them through NAC Tasks, they click the button assuming that is what it is there for and they get the access denied on the My Nintex page.
We would like this application to identify the user and redirect Participants to My Nintex page without the "access denied" message that comes up. And if a Designer or above role in NAC, redirect o the Automate page. Or something that makes most logical sense for a customer experience....
If not, add a new app solely for My Nintex for all users and restrict visibility to the Nintex Automation Cloud to users on a site that have design or above permission levels.
Hi Brandi, When say they see a list and click on the button, what button/list are you referring to? If a user has an assigned task they they should not get access denied? Just not sure I understand exactly what's going on here? Any more detail would help.
