Allow starting a both web form and mobile form

If the Start Event uses the Nintex connector, the choices should not be mutually exclusive. I might want both a public form and a mobile app. Heck, I might want both plus the ability to start it as a web service.

    Based on the title of the suggestion. This has now been delivered with Nintex Forms for Nintex Workflow Cloud.

    We will add a backlog item for exposing the same workflow with an external start api option as well.
