Would be great to have the ability to rename an existing workflow without creating a copy of it and having to delete the original workflow etc. Thanks.
Looks like this just dropped! Glad we can now rename workflows...
However, please see my findings related to issues now with instances. We will now have a new challenge that lies ahead of us when searching for instances against a particular workflow, if it was renamed.

This feature is strictly for Publishing workflows only, so you will be able to publish as new, publish over existing, and publish and rename.
Draft workflows are out of this scope.

Another issue we noted is when you use "save as" to rename your workflow (which creates a separate copy) you lose all your version history.
We were advised this was "planned", can someone confirm and if so, when is the ETA for this release?
