Enhanced and correct way of filtering my tasks in the dashboard

While using the Nintex Automation Cloud dashboard to view tasks via /dashboard/my/tasks, we observed unexpected behavior when filtering tasks by different states. We would like to request an enhancement to improve the filtering logic and provide a more accurate and flexible task filtering experience.

Observed Issue and Expected Behavior

1. Filtering for "Active" Tasks

   • Observed Behavior: The filter returns both "Active" and "Active-Escalated" tasks.

   • Expected Behavior: Only tasks with the exact "Active" status should be displayed, ensuring consistency with standard filtering behavior in other software.

Proposed Enhancements

1. Clarification of Possible Task States:

   • Provide a clear list of all possible task states to ensure users understand how filtering works.

2. Multi-Select Filtering:

   • Enable users to select multiple states when filtering tasks, improving usability and efficiency.

Implementing these improvements would enhance the task management experience and provide users with more precise control over their task views.
