Authentication for Anonymous forms Merged

While anonymous forms are appreciated, some customers are not comfortable knowing that anyone with the URL can access them. They expect some sort of authentication like we have in some websites where users can authenticate themselves using Gmail, Facebook, Azure account etc., Just to ensure that only intended party is responding to the tasks.
