Option to only send emails, tasks and reminders on business days

We require an option to only send emails, tasks and reminders only on working days. Perhaps an option on the email actions and workflow settings where a user can set whether or not to receive emails on weekends, and if enabled any emails will be sent on the next business day (aka Monday).
