Append Changes to Existing Text using Nintex Forms on Nintex Automation Cloud

For Nintex Forms on SharePoint On-Prem, we have been using a feature call Append Changes to Existing Text on our Nintex Forms. This helps to keep a history of the comments or notes on the form. When multiple users are accessing the form, they can see the latest comments. Be great if this feature is available for Nintex Forms in Nintex Automation Cloud.
