Fill-in Option for Choice - Multiple. or Choice - Single
On the "Choice - multiple" or "Choice - Single" fields, fix the options available to allow "Allow a Fill-in option" when you have the Display type set to "Drop down". It is available when the Display option is set to "Radio button".
There seems to be a lot of these ideas for the same thing, for awhile, even as recent as couple of days again. Why hasnt this been addressed already
