Allow for future publishing of workflows

Occasionally it would be useful to be able to set a future publish date for a workflow. I have one now that I've been updating weekly (the form contains three quiz questions, only one of which appears each week). The link to the form is on a SharePoint site, and of course I can set a future publish date there. It would be nice if the NAC workflow had the same functionality.

What I have in mind is a workflow that's published to Production, that is then edited (and therefore has a Draft version). The idea is to be able to set that Draft version to auto-publish on a certain date - and being able to publish at a specific time on that date would be even nicer.
