Workflow Translations

Workflow translations.

NAC recently released a feature to translate forms in workflows.

As an example, I build a workflow in English, including e-mail notifications in English, but allow the start-event form to be submitted in French. If that form is submitted in French through the new NAC translation feature, the rest of the workflow will continue in English.

My suggestion is for NAC to build a workflow translation tool, or expand on the form translation tool, to allow complete workflows to be translated, not just the form. That way, if a form is submitted in French, the rest of the workflow can continue in French.
