Display a Warning for the Limit of Parallel Branches in the Workflow Designer

There is a 20 branch limit for each 'Run parallel paths' action, and a 100 branch limit total for an entire workflow. This limitation is documented here:

However, there is no warning of this limit being reached within the workflow designer or upon publishing the workflow. The only time this limit is enforced is during workflow execution. I suggest that NAC users are warned sooner, rather than later, when they're using this the 'Run parallel paths' actions.
