SharePoint Online - Include Item URL

Item URL is only available on SharePoint start event variables or store a file or create an item action. Can Nintex please ensure this information is also made available for the following actions to avoid OOO workarounds?

• Query a list (first item object or in items collection if looping)

• Retrieve an item
