At the moment you delete a NAC workflow from the workflow section of the automate tab by using the ellipsis next to a workflow name.
This can sometimes feel a bit iffy if you are deleting a workflow in the middle of other workflows. You think to yourself am I deleting the right workflow?
What if we add the delete icon on the bar of the workflow designer. That way you are in the workflow, you can see exactly what you are deleting. Also, this functionality would be more familiar to users coming from other workflow products as this is how workflows are deleted on O365 and On-premise.
Hi Simon,
Thank you very much for posting your feedback on this. At this time, we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on other higher priorities. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
In the mean time, may I suggest a few other ways to help to take the stress out of deleting a workflow. After you've reviewed the workflow design and confirmed it as a workflow to be deleted,
republish it with "Delete me" in the description.
republish it with a "Delete me" tag.
Hope this helps,
Kate
