When migrating from OnPrem to Automation Cloud one particular important feature that is missing, is the ability to create Long Term Delegation Rules for when employees are on leave and cannot delegete their tasks. Having admins doing all the delegations is not practical and making every assignee a BusinessOwner doesn't sound right.
As a feature for Automation Cloud it would be extreme useful, if you could set up a delegation rule to another person for a fixed time period. In addition it would be great, if you could also create the delegation rule either for all workflows or on a per workflow basis.
Please reconsider this feature. I have an extremely large customer that is asking for this. Using Nintex is almost a deal breaker since this isn't available.
