Granular level permissions for forms

Currently any of our employees with Nintex access can view any Nintex form, even forms designed for exclusively for HR or Finance. We want to more easily be able to restrict access to forms (or parts of forms) based on group membership or other factors. Examples factors: AD Group membership, AD Department or Job Title, SharePoint Online group membership, Office 365 group membership, Okta profile attribute, Nintex group membership, or other identifying property. Currently all the suggested workarounds (such as relying on the permissions of the connection or data source) is not practical.

The "Form Access" is now available on NAC, which is great! Is it planned to push the feature a little bit further? to create Role based groups? like memberships/audience... just to be able to define HR/Finance groups?

I'm glad to see this is "Planned." Any estimate as to when is the release date? I could really use this for my current project.

Hello. Are there future plans to take this a little further and use Active Directory groups for permissions?

We will have granular permissions for Start Forms available in this quarter. This will be based on the users and user groups defined in NAC.

You may want to vote for this idea - more votes the more likelihood they will add it as an enhancement:
