I have the need to enter currency type fields that have the appropriate mask format for the country.

We want to be able to include a link on the form that says something to the effect of "click here for more information" but can't find a way to include the link. Being able to include a link in a header field would make this possible.

Right now, it doesn't look like it allows me to add a variable from a form into the redirect URL. Would be nice, especially if customers want to add a name or some information inside of a confirmation page (that they've designed themselves) which ...
