Multi User Approval - response no longer required

The NAC Action 'Assign a task to multiple Users', needs a mechanism for sending a 'response no longer required' email, if the conditions are met an approval/rejection before the remaining people get to action their task.

Scenario: User 1 and User 2 Approve, then User 3 rejects, User 4 then needs to be sent an email along the lines of ‘Response is no longer required’ AND/OR if the original task link is clicked, the message displayed by NAC needs to be less confusing for the users. It currently says : " This task has been completed" 'A submission has already been made for this form, you are no longer required to complete this task' - Users see this dialog as an error and contact support....

Control over the message and a 'no action required' email would be ideal

    I am so disappointed in the response to this request that was functionality we used in many workflow of Nintex for SharePoint 2013. We are now having to add additional actions to address this shortcoming. I'm surprised more people didn't vote for this.

    Thank you for posting your feedback. Although a great idea, at this time we will not be adding this request to the near-term backlog, as we are focused on other priorities. However, we reevaluate requests every quarter and will reach out if priorities change. Please keep the feedback coming as it is critical for our longer-term planning.
