I can't connect to my Azure AD. Neither can I connect to Nintex app studio. What's worse I have no way of submitting a ticket to Nintex for help. Nor is there anything on these issues in your documentation. Every help takes me to a sales page to request a demo in Nintex.
Here's an idea,.. make it easy to submit a ticket or update your documentation or create a help feature similar to what's in O365 Nintex.

As for the idea, I agree with allowing users to submit support cases directly via NWC. I see this has already gotten a vote! The product management team monitors this and will communicate through user voice on features being implemented in the future. Thank you for your input.
