You can filter by tags, but you have to reset it every flipping time you leave then return to the list. So for example, if you have 20 workflows with a tag and don't remember which one you want, you have to filter by tag, open a workflow, close it, filter by tag, open the next one, close it, filter by tag.. until you find it. There is also no way to sort by tags, which probably doesn't matter if.you have to constantly reset it like you do with the filter.
Whether it's folders or the ability to save views or filters, it would be really helpful to have more ways to organize the list, and save that organization.
It would be useful to have the ability to create views of workflows similar to SharePoint lists. When you have a lot of workflows, its helps to segregate workflows per department or based on other criteria.
I have a scenario, where a client would like to migrate 100+ workflows from Nintex for O365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud. When it was Nintex for O365 the workflow permission-ing was automatically restricted within the Site, but with NWC, we need to have a good interface to support the volume of workflows.
