Function to be able to search by email in Workflow Owners

We can only search the user account by inputting the last name / first name in Workflow owners when publishing the workflow.
It would be great if we can search the user by the email address.
There are some users with the exact same name, which may lead to cause a mistake when registering in NWC.
Please consider to be able to search by email address so that the risk would be reduced.
