Commentary or "Collaboration" feature to tasks!

Several of our processes include "Request Clarifications" outcome to allow task assignees to send back the request to the initiator or request of the request for further clarifications before a decision can be made.

We find it difficult to maintain or build so to speak when they need this ability to request clarifications. We no longer have the ability to send tasks to group of users and have to fire component workflows off and send tasks out individually to each task assignee then track all task form data in a sharepoint list to query and return it all back later just so there can be a "back and forth" of tasks for a task assignee and request/initiator or whowever submitted a request (however it originated - sharepoint list, start event form etc).

There has to be a way to build a concept out that allows users to use collaborate in My Nintex on each task. My thoughts were an @mention commentary feature on tasks where any user in NAC can be mentioned. When mentioned they are given "limited" permission to that task details to comment to whomever mentioned them.

Most of our solutions we design, the business still wants to document the commentary so it's documented how a task assignee reached a decision/outcome for a task they actioned!
