Enhance the Delegation of Tasks for Participants

Please make the following updates to delegation:

• It would be extremely helpful if there was checkbox beside each task and a "check all" option for participants to delegate multiple tasks at the same time to one person. All the tasks that have delegation enabled would be available to select, ones not would be grayed out.

• In addition, add a feature where task assignees can turn delegation on or off across the board while OOO or on vacation. This way, their tasks get delegated automatically while they are out of the office.

• Add delegation feature on the task form itself, when enabled. Right now you can only delegate through My Nintex.

These requests are practical based on day to day activities and realistic situations.

Right now we have to ensure the business has a way to update a master list of task assignees that the workflow will grab - usually through a SharePoint group or through a SharePoint list.

We have them communicate to their end-users that anyone who is a task owner/assignee needs to communicate to them to update the source records that determine who get a task based on conditions - the group or list, whichever is applicable.
