Schedule Start should adjust for Daylight Savings Time

Please consider implementing a new feature that will adjust scheduled start workflow when Daylight Savings Time changes.

    We are looking for a solution to avoid having to adjust the time zone in each of our workflows based on Daylight savings time. This would pertain to the Start Event being a scheduled start and the Format Date to String actions. My hope is we could get a default time zone that we could use in our actions that we would only need to change one place on a admin level. Then it would adjust all of the workflows that use these actions.
