Workflow Instance Filter - ability to disable the date range

When looking at the list of workflow instances, the filter option is great to find the instance we are looking for, however it forces a Instance Start date to be on the filter (which maxes at "Last 90 days" - our workflow can sometimes have workflow instances that are active for 6+ months. So if we are looking for a specific instance that might have recently failed, we use the filter by instance name (we set the instance name to a meaningful reference) but sometimes this won't return a result so we have to use a custom date range and hope that we get the right range of dates. It would be good to either disable the start date on the filter, or expand it to "Last 12 months" or something a bit more encompassing.

    Further to this, If you are viewing the list of instances, there is a built-in option to select "Failed in last 5 days" - BUT it also applies a filter for instances started in the last 30 days, but you can't change this. So what you are effectively getting is "Failed in the last 5 days" AND "Started in the last 30 days" - when what you want to see is Failed in the Last 5 days ONLY (no filter on the start date). This forced filter is incredibly limiting when investigating failed instances.
