Allow export of data from tables using Excel

There is currently a big gap on tables on the Workflow Cloud as data can be imported, but there is no ability to export to Excel natively. There is also no easy way to extract the data using DocGen within the workflow. This severely hampers the effectiveness of Tables as a means of allowing the extraction of data for analysis.
