Workflow Recycling Bin Merged

Have a recycling bin for deleting/archiving workflows. On the off chance you need to re-access a workflow once you've deleted it, it would be amazing to have an area where you could access deleted workflows - same as a desktop recycling bin - with the ability to restore workflows.
